You will complete our online application form and read and sign our terms and condition of service. Ensure that it includes everything you need and nothing with which you disagree.

All parents will commit to a minimum of three months of tutorials. Parents must pay for all agreed tutorials one month in advance.

Once per month we will report on your child's progress. You may also reach out to our director if you have concerns.

All tutors have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and are trained teachers.

All tutors have produced a clean police certificate.

If your child must miss a tutorial, we will attempt to reschedule if possible. If it is not possible to reschedule, we will not give a refund and you will lose the lesson.

Wire transfer or online payment

Tutorials are paid for by bank transfer. After you have made an application and it has been approved you will be given an invoice and instruction to make payments directly to our bank account. In addition, you may pay online, on our website. All payments tutorials must be paid for a month in advance and by the first of each month.
